All 4 bedrooms in this house are leased separately. Rent includes water/garbage/sewer, electricity, natural gas, Wi‑Fi, washer/dryer, a large kitchen with 1/2 of large refrigerators/freezer, common space, secure bike storage, and off‑street parking.
Currently shared by three working professionals, the house has a calm, respectful vibe. People clean up after themselves and pitch in to keep shared spaces comfortable.
