2 small upstairs unfurnished rooms for rent, you get entire upstairs for $825 (2 rooms!) to single individual (no couples) in very small single family home downtown. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom.

Off street parking, garden beds. No pets, must be okay with part time old German Shepherd dog (she's very sweet and sleeps most the day). Washer/dryer. No smoking/vaping in house. LGBTQ friendly.

I'm a 43 year old guy that's away for work 60 hours a week.

It's a very old house that gets cold unless the heat is on high in deep cold of winter. Summers are cheap. Must be prepared for large heat bills in winter. Busy street. Great access to bars, restaurants, bus line.

1 year lease, first, last & 1 dep. Shared electric, gas heat and internet.

Landlord currently pays water and garbage. Landlord is private and has been great for 2 years and likely won't change anything in the near future. It's kind of a steal if you're the right person

Looking for someone chill and quiet. I rarely have anyone over and my home is peaceful place. Looking for same!
