Description:
The apartment is a single room in a 4-bedroom apartment called Lookout Place in Happy Valley. Rent is ~$840 per month. The room will come empty except for a closet with a built-in bookshelf. It has two large, northeast-facing windows and has no lateral neighbors due to it being on the edge of the building. The views from the balcony are gorgeous with an amazing view of Mt. Baker! You will share a bathroom with someone consisting of a shower and toilet but you will have your own sink/storage area and mirror. The roommates consist of three 23-25 year old women, two of which are students. All enjoy hanging out with one another, watching movies, playing games, hiking, and hot pot! Note: a dog used to live in the apartment and a cat currently resides here. We are looking for another woman with no cats/dogs to fill this spot. Please message me with any inquiries! 😊
