Seeking 1 roommate to share/assume remainder of lease for a 5 BR/2 BA home in Happy Valley. Current lease ends in late August 2026.
The home is currently occupied by 3 men, soon to be 4 men, all of whom are in their early 20s. Some are in school at UUW; one is not.
House is convenient to WWU, Fairhaven, and I-5.
Common areas are kept clean. Current roommates are LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (non-smoking otherwise), musically creative (double bonus if you play bass or drums), gamer nerds.
Rent will be approximately $780/month. Internet and utilities are additional and are shared equally among the roommates.
