Hello! We are searching for an off-market forested acreage 5-10 acres with a well & owner/seller financing to build a natural building home in the North Skagit area (not sedro or upriver) to mid-county whatcom for our family. We are not builders/or investors and will be tending to the land. We would love to be backed up to state/or private land and hoping to find something this fall and can offer a down payment. Our family loves trees, privacy, gardening/farming, and the great outdoors.
