Hello, me and my family are looking to finance a small piece of property directly from the owner. Probably nothing over 2 acres and we want to be able to build on the land eventually.

I work as a dispatcher, I am new to my job but I love it and my boss likes me and has no plans of getting rid of me. Will give work number if wanted or needed.
I generally work 40 or more hours a week, I make roughly 2,500 a month after taxes. I can work more if I request it.
