Looking for a lease beginning end of March for a cabin, house, ADU, renovated barn in East Whatcom County, would consider other areas as well. Move in date could be sooner. Prefer private, quiet and with green space and storage. Hardworking, dedicated, quiet and caring tenant with a University degree - downsizing from my own farm - looking to lease a place until I find the right next property to purchase. I work locally in town and am available for help with animal care or training at the property as well. Must accept very well behaved, very well trained dogs.
