A dynamic and specialized wellness company serving the medical industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Fulfillment and Customer Service Agent. Located in Blaine, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving: Handle both domestic and international shipments with precision within shipping window expectations. Stay updated with carrier regulations and requirements, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Communicating with carriers for lost packages and insurance claims for missing packages.

Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain accurate stock records, and implement effective control measures.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support through email and phone. Address customer inquiries with compassion and patience, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities in managing various tasks efficiently with a large inventory to manage accountability and precision are a must.

Adaptability: Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning work space and inventory vault, order processing, data entry, record keeping, and administrative support.

Qualifications:
1. Preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping and administrative duties, preferably in the wellness industry. 2. 2. Proven and verifiable track record in customer service and inventory management.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in using computer software and handling office technology.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Reliability and punctuality are key expectations for this position.
7. Interest or experience in the natural and holistic health industry.

Position Details:
Part-time role: $15-25 hours per week.
Work hours vary based on workload, typically between 10 AM to 5 PM Mon-Friday

This is a fixed pay position with a three month training and trial period. Pay ranges from $15-25 per hour depending on experience and satisfactory completion of training period.
