40yo M looking for work - have done landscaping, trail maintenance, tree felling / removal, hardscaping, roofing, general contracting, woodworking, and both demo and remodel work. I am a troubleshooter by trade and like to figure out problems - this can and does include with computers, vehicles, DIY home improvement options, and more. I am in between full time jobs currently and looking for some supplemental income - I am open to learning a new trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) if it leads to more consistent opportunity.
Available ASAP in between current small side general contracting gigs. Would rather this become full time - open to discussion about history or opportunities moving forward. In good physical shape, have a clean driving record, will pass a drug test, have my own vehicle, have many of my own tools. Just need an opportunity - my typical GC rate is $35/hr as I am not licensed and bonded, but could be open to flexibility.
