My name is Elizabeth. My experience includes legal, executive and Sr. administrative assisting. While I have experience in the positions listed above, I am open to other positions which will utilize my talents, experience and willingness to learn new skills. My ideal position would be in an occupation where I truly feel I am helping others. I enjoy volunteering and charity work which has always been a main hobby of mine. I currently live in Arizona, but am looking to relocate for a full-time, long-term position with a stable company in the Bellingham/Ferndale area. Below is a snapshot of my experience.
Professional experience includes, but is not limited to:
-Executive Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant
(working for a multi-million dollar law firm and working at facility that assists children with special needs).
-Legal Assistant (including successfully handling caseload of 115+ clients).
-Scheduling (including assisting with 75 therapists' and executive calendars).
-Customer Service (over the phone as well as in person, including winning top bonuses for sales).
-Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills (attended AP classes and received awards).
-Reception/Multi-Line Phone System/Front Desk.
