We have a 3 bed 2 bath home with 3 bay detached shop on 1 1/2 acres located south end of Ferndale with quick I-5 access. This is in an area with several newer multi family developments so a good opportunity for the right investor.
In exchange we are looking for something more quiet rural residential. Open minded but not interested in projects. Maybe newer home from a builder looking for their next investment opportunity. That being said we are not desperate to sell and not looking for a realtor to list our house.
