Selling my 1998 Chevrolet K3500. This is the heavy-duty 1-ton model with the crew cab (4 full doors) and full-size pickup bed.
PLEASE READ: The truck is currently not running. While driving, something failed internally and shot through the oil pan (hole is about the size of a nickel). The engine will likely need to be replaced or fully rebuilt.
The Good:
Highly Desirable Frame: Hard-to-find Crew Cab 4x4 3500-series (GMT400 platform).
Upgrades: Has a lift kit installed and aftermarket wheels.
Newer Parts: Several newer parts were installed before the engine issue.
Includes Canopy: Comes with a color-matched canopy/shell.
Straight Body: Great candidate for a Cummins swap or a fresh 454/6.0 build.
The Bad:
Engine is blown/has a hole in the pan.
The canopy is missing the rear glass (currently covered/taped).
Will need to be towed or trailered away.
Selling as-is for someone who wants a solid project or needs new parts.
