This is out of a 2005 Chevy Express 1500 van with a Regency camper van conversion.
I would rate this seat as excellent-very good, but not new/pristine. Close inspection of the upholstery will reveal small imperfections. You inspect, you decide.
All Seat Belts Included. No head rests.
I could possibly deliver ; how much I'd want for that depends on where you are. I'm on South Whidbey Island, north of Seattle, 15 minutes from the Clinton Ferry Terminal. You could walk on the boat (no waiting in line!) and I could meet you at the Clinton Ferry Terminal and show you the seat.
