Fits Thule rack systems and round bars (I've had it on Yakima round bars) and easy to get on/off with an extra set of hands.
Lock core is included but I don't have the key. A simple Thule blank will let you get the core out and new keys are $5
There was a crack on the back but it's been sealed and it's water tight
