Rotopax Lox Pack Mount. Includes t-handle mount, base plate and all hardware. Unfortunately missing the actual lock core which ironically was stolen out of my truck along with some other tools (while the pack mount wasn’t mounted). Still totally functional as a mount and lock core could easily be replaced.
