This is a gated facility specifically controlled as a class 1 storage facility. This can be used for general storage, business inventory storage, cars, RV, boats, and HOBBY activity. Maintenance and repair of your personal hobby / vehicles, etc is fully permitted.
Prohibited uses include the following; No residential or overnight use allowed and will be subject to immediate eviction and loss of deposits. No retail or wholesale uses, no manufacturing or “commercial” assembly work, no repair activities are allowed as a business purpose (personal hobby only). All leases will be subject to these terms and will reference the CC&Rs and Bylaws of the association. Retail commerce and outside retail visitation / transactions are not allowed.
Lease term is 1 year, and month to month thereafter. Rent is $995/mo plus power and gas (generally runs about $45 in summer and $90 in winter at 55 degrees setpoint, total for both). First, last and damage deposit due at lease signing for total of $2,985. We require a formal notarized commercial lease.
