Secluded yet not isolated, a touch off the beaten path yet Near all services.. shopping, gas etc.
Large private and peaceful area with plenty of room for gardening, creative projects to enhance good living and sustainability, with a variety of established berry bushes and fruit trees.
The previous occupant left the place a mess and overgrown. Clean up work trade sweat equity will be required as part of the arrangement at least initially. Tools provided and cost covered. There is a temporary place to park in the same area while getting established.
I am looking for someone(s) who are stable, highly self motivated, able bodied, grounded, mature emotionally and in character.
Prolific communicater with positive attitude and a strong sense of community.
Practices eco friendly and responsible living/stewardship.
Are politically aware lean strongly progressive/left.

Views home as a private refuge while being willing to contribute to shared land care.
