We are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy food production and catering kitchen. This role requires someone who is reliable, self-managed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

Food prep (vegetables, proteins, sauces, ingredients)

Assist with cooking (under supervision)

Portion, pack, and label food

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Lift and move boxes, food bins, and supplies

Support daily kitchen production

Requirements

Able to work independently during prep

Can manage time and tasks without constant supervision

Able to lift 40–50 lbs

Comfortable with repetitive production work

Can multitask and think on their feet

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule

30–40 hours per week

Variable schedule (based on catering needs)

Some weekend availability required
