This is an ideal setup for an acupuncturist, massage therapist, all healing modalities welcome.
Open for any style of modalities and practitioners. Looking specifically to also add an Acupuncturist or other healing or movement modalities. Good opportunity for in office referrals for both.
We are currently a collective of 8 practitioners including: Acupuncture, Pilates, Qi Gong, Massage, Martial Arts and other healing and movement modalities.
Ideally we are looking for a tenant who will share and would like to be a part of a collective vision of health, wellness and movement; and who would like to commit to a longer term occupancy within a loose collective.
2 hours use of studio/class space per week at no extra charge.
Rent is $475/mo. for 1 room. Utilities Included. Deposit required in the same amount as rent. Lease, month to month.
The room is small, but conducive to bodywork, acupuncture, or as a small office.
The room is currently available, and you can furnish the room however you like. If you need to borrow a massage table for a while, we may be able to help you with that. there are 2 options for the room. You can choose one of the 2. Please be aware that the rooms are not completely soundproof and you can hear talking from outside the door if the talk is loud enough.

Part Time space - We also offer part time use of our flex room. It is a daily/week rental that you can pay a monthly rate for 1+ days per week. It is small but just large enough for a massage table and great for someone needing part time or for new practitioners. Please contact us for inquiries and what days are available and prices.
