Made in Japan June 2005. Bought new from Rocky's Street Sounds guitar shop in Brooklyn March 2008. Beautifully built. Sounds wonderful. Like new condition. Rare non bigsby (better tone for jazz) Does not come with this 1955 Gretsch tweed case at the reduced price. Was $2400 price dropped to $1700US
