Our Facility
Located in La Conner, WA, Mavrik Marine operates over 75,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled production space. Our craftsmen enjoy a 4-day work week, Swing shift (Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.- 1:00 a.m.) with overtime opportunities as needed.
We provide on-the-job training and encourage team members to develop new skills and build long-term careers in the marine industry.
Now Hiring: CNC Router Operator
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish materials (wood, plastic, aluminum, etc.)
• Deburr and organize parts kits
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Load materials, check dimensions, and inspect finished parts
• Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean and running smoothly
• Work safely and efficiently to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience operating CNC routers preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Basic understanding of CNC software (e.g., AutoCAD, Aspire, Rhinoceros)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work swing shift
