We are seeking a skilled Welder with a minimum of one-year stainless steel TIG welding experience to join our manufacturing team. Salary is negotiable and will be determined by level of skill and years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading, with the ability to work on complex projects that require attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality metal fabrication projects within a dynamic environment that values craftsmanship and technical expertise.
Required qualifications:
• 1-year minimum Stainless Steel TIG welding experience
• Mild Steel welding experience
• Strong metal, materials and tool knowledge
• Strong fabrication skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Self-starter, mature and competent. Able to work without constant supervision
• Work overtime as needed
• US citizenship or be authorized to work in US
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship at all times
Strong consideration will be given to those with the following experience:
• WABO certified
• Experience with process equipment fabrication
• Experience with aluminum
• AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge
• Shop maintenance skills

These positions are full-time (40 hours per week), M-Th 6:30am-4:00pm, and Friday 6:30am-10:30am. We offer overtime at various times throughout the year as projects require.
