To the young man in the elevator downtown Bellingham courthouse — I believe your story about the alleged corruption at the Humane Society. I know you opened up to me because of my {work}. If the board of directors ignored you as you said, then you need to take your information with evidence and contact the Sheriff department [independently] or you need to write a complaint to the Attorney General of Washington State.
I am very sorry I did not mean to be speechless- this made me sick.
