Mt. Baker Window Cleaning Co. is one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies in the Pacific Northwest. We've earned thousands of five-star reviews, built a culture people actually want to be part of, and grown to become the dominant player in Whatcom and Skagit County. Now we're bringing marketing in-house — and we're looking for the person who's going to own it.
This isn't a coordinator role. This isn't a "post on social media and write some blogs" role. This is a full-stack marketing position where your fingerprints are on everything — and where the right person has a direct path to growing into a Director-level role as we expand.
Why This Role Is Different
We did $1.23M last year. We're targeting $2M by 2027. And beyond that, we're actively pursuing acquisitions in the home services space. This means the person who builds our marketing engine now will have the opportunity to scale it across multiple brands and markets.
You won't be handed a strategy deck and told to execute someone else's vision. You'll build the strategy. You'll own the channels. You'll see the results and be rewarded for them.

The Work (Read This Carefully)
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be the marketing department. That means no passing the buck, no waiting on approvals from six layers of management, and no hiding behind a team. It also means real autonomy, real impact, and a seat at the table from day one.
You'll own:
-Local SEO — Google Business Profile, citations, review strategy, organic rankings
-Google LSA & PPC — Local Services Ads, Google Ads, bid management, conversion tracking
-Meta/Facebook Campaigns — Seasonal promotions, retargeting, neighborhood-level targeting
-Email & SMS Pipelines — Re-engagement flows, review requests, referral programs, seasonal campaigns
-CRM & Pipeline Management — Owning the marketing side of our CRM and keeping leads moving
-Reporting & Analytics — You'll know what's working, what isn't, and why
-Brand & Creative — Keeping our voice sharp and consistent across every channel
You don't need to be perfect at all of it on day one. But you need to be genuinely capable across the board and hungry to get better at the rest.

-Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing — not just oversight, but actual execution
-Have run local SEO and paid search campaigns yourself, not just briefed an agency on them
-Are comfortable being a one-person department (for now) and building systems from scratch

-Are self-directed, organized, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
-Want to grow into a leadership role as the company scales

As we hit our growth targets and expand through acquisition, the right person moves from managing campaigns to managing a team. From one brand to multiple. From Marketing Manager to Director of Marketing across a multi-location home services platform.

Compensation & Benefits
-Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
