Our Insulated Floor Panel Systems simplify the hydronic radiant floor installation process. It is a modular insulation board, vapor barrier and radiant tube holding grid all-in-one product that lays right on top of the gravel or sub-floor. An incorporated polystyrene sheet provides the vapor barrier without the need for taping or stapling a separate vapor barrier. Replacing the separate products of radiant foam, vapor barrier, line holding grid, ties and staples, these panels greatly simplify the installation of concrete radiant floors saving you time, money and effort. Time--by reducing installation labor by as much as 2/3. Money--by reducing installation labor costs and, unlike XPS foam, no additional fuel will be needed each year to maintain the same temperature. Effort--by providing a true "walk-in" installation method of simply walking the lines into the knobs, you'll save hours of back-breaking work on your knees. Applications include: basements, garages, driveways, main floor slab-on-grade, slabs over existing slabs and above-grade installations where concrete or Gypcrete is normally used.
Greg Johnston 425-652-0205The PEX tubing used in radiant heating is laid between the pegs in the E-Z floor Panels. The panels are then laid under cement, under the floors or behind walls and ceilings, so it's protected from indoor traffic and won't be damaged by normal use.
The panels are easy to maneuver by yourself or left outside because the packaging protects it. They are shipped 1760 panels a truckload, in bundles of 9 panels. A 1500 square foot house would need 188 panels, or 21 bags to complete the job.

Easy to Install
E-Z floor Panels are so easy to install. Just place the panel flat on the ground, install the other panels and materials over and around it, and pour the cement. Simple as that
The PEX tubing cannot be kicked out of place as it sits below the working surface of the foam. There's no wasted time un-jamming staplers or twisting ties around metal mesh. And with a compressive strength of 860 pounds per square foot, the E-Z floor Panel is strong enough to stand up to the rugged job site conditions it will experience.
No Cost MISTAKES!
If you need to adjust the spacing of a run, all you have to do with the E-Z floor Panel is pull up the PEX adjust the spacing and walk it back in. No pulling and wasting staples and damaging the foam insulation!
