Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will assist the warehouse manager handling materials, preparing shipments, managing inventory, arranging for transport, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your attention-detailed approach will help ensure timely fulfillment of our customer orders at the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities
Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using pick-lists, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
Carry out all warehousing activities following OSHA safety standards.
Assist with shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Manage materials handling tasks such as stacking pallets, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Job Requirements
One year previous experience in warehouse work environment.
One year forklift operation experience. We currently only use forklifts occasionally, but it is a necessary skill.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including safely and routinely lifting packages over 50 pounds by yourself, properly buddy-lifting heavier packages, and prolonged standing or walking.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to support shipping & receiving activities.
Flexible, adaptable, and help foster a good team work environment.
Always treat customers with respect and appreciation.
Living in or very near to the Blaine area is a big PLUS.
Job Hours
Job hours may be dynamic and varied and are subject to change. Current shift starting time is 12:00 noon to 5 PM Monday-Thursday, but there may changes and at times we need help with the evening shift.
