We’re hiring an experienced Insulation Installer to join our growing team. We primarily work in residential retrofit, with some remodels and new construction projects as well.
Job Duties Include:
Blown-in cellulose & fiberglass (walls and attics)
Fiberglass batts (walls, attics, crawl spaces)
Insulation removal
Air sealing & duct sealing
Rodent proofing
Crawl space work (encapsulation, drainage, sump pumps)
Requirements:
Insulation experience necessary (minimum 2 years preferred)
Valid driver’s license required
Must pass a background check
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
Able to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
Reliable and interested in long-term growth
