Hi there! Looking to find a new place starting in mid to late August. Wanting a studio, but any sort of detached or solo space works! Not really looking for anything big. It’s just me and my two kitties, and occasionally my partner comes to visit.
My budget is around $1100, but I can be flexible if you can be flexible (i.e allowing things like FLEX or splitting rent).
