Good family needs help (Bellingham)

So I really hate to post this but I have come to a predicament in my life where I have to move! We are a family of 3 1/2!!
2 adults n 1 teenager & the 1/2 is our beloved pup! We both work full-time & ideally looking for a reasonable 2 bedroom home. At this point anything would work tho! A guest home, mother-in-law suite, a tiny home, an apartment, an RV! Just something that is in the price range of our income. Up to $1200 a month! The part that's difficult is coming up with lump sum. Can make payments on deposits. I know having a dog makes it harder to find a place... He is ESA certified, house trained and well behaved. We have excellent references! Anyone who can help or point me in a direction would be greatly appreciated! Please email me!
