I am in my 30s I have no pets, some good rental history, and guaranteed verifiable income. I am looking for a private landlord probably or someone who will work with me as i need a place. I have ok credit, not the worst, not the best. I am really looking for somewhere to be for awhile and will pay rent no problem. Im clean. On time with my payments. I have a car and a license.
I do not need disability accomodations or anything special like that and stairs are fine.
