Older Bowflex XTL with the Lat Pulldown bar attachment and the Leg attachment. It also has an extra 50 lb bar so has a wide range of resistance available. A wonderful, versatile machine which can even be used as a rowing machine for a cardio workout in addition to all of the weight options. You can get a full body at home workout on this machine. It folds up when not in use so takes up only a 2' x 2' space when not in use (except the leg extension attachment which also must be stored). I will deliver and set up in the Bellingham area and go through the machine to show you how it all works. I have used it for years, and sadly just have no room at my current circumstance.
