Chicken Coop & Chickens - $1,000 (Blaine)

Setup comes complete with:
coop, solar, battery, and light, feeders/waterers, any leftover feed I have, oyster shells, 26 laying chickens all 1-2 years old prime layers. Covered hoop house if wanted.
I am getting almost 2 dozen eggs a day with these gals. I did have a roo for a while so some of the ladies are missing saddle feathers. We got rid of him because of his aggressive breeding style 😅. They will re-feather out nicely once their molt happens this year. I'm happy to treat birds with permethrine before they leave as well. They were all dewormed about one month ago and have been feed organic feed only.
Optional: You can also take our covered hoop house. This was used for over wintering the flock safely and worked great for that. The hoop house could use a little TLC but its still functional. Ill repeat it to make it clear, these ladies need a larger run or free range ability!
What you need:
-transportation for coop/birds.
-a tractor to offload at home. We can help load here with our tractor.
- a chicken run (I have some fencing I can throw in to help with that)
