Rental specifically includes:
- Stall with rubber mats. No additional bedding is provided.
- Barn has two additional stalls (to be shared with the second boarder) dedicated to storage:
one for hay and a second for hay or tack/grain.
- There is a separate adjacent building for tack storage.
- Daily turnout areas: winter turnout onto 40' x 40' gravel sacrifice paddock; summer turnout onto pasture.
- Use of outdoor hog fuel based arena (70' x 140').
- Space available for trailer storage.
- Limited off property trails are accessible.
I am willing to work with you to come up with an individualized arrangement that meet both of our needs. Here are two suggestions; we can negotiate modifications:
Plan A : $250.00 a month per horse/stall. Horse owner provides all: feed, hay, supplements, bedding, care, daily turn out and bring back into stall, daily stall and paddock cleaning.
Plan B : $400.00 a month per horse/stall. Horse owner provides all feed, hay, supplements, bedding, and care. Except: Daily, morning and evening, I will feed, turn out, and bring back into stall, and clean stall.
