We have quarters, halves or wholes available. $4.50lb hanging weight to farmer. Approximately 100-150lbs/quarter hanging weight. I have three bulls available.
Butchering date is set in February with Lynden Meats. Fees paid to Lynden Meats are portion of butchering fee and $1.05lb cut and wrap.
