Very private quiet barn with individual shelter, and a large run. Property is 20 acres with some trails located on the property (they do get wet during the winter). Roads are very quiet and also safe to explore by horseback, more trails available in the surrounding neighborhood.
Heated tack room available for your use with a coded entry to tack door.
Less than 10 minutes from Sunset Park Equestrian Center.
This is a Full care ONLY facility.
Horses are fed twice daily with good quality local grass hay and have grazing opportunities weather permitting.We strive to keep the horses as natural as we possibly can.
Stalls and runs cleaned daily.
Will feed your supplements as provided by you.
Turnout as long as weather permits and fields are dry. During the winter the field turn out is limited. We do have a smaller sacrifice area. New permanent fencing is being installed soon. So the electric pictured will not be there much longer.

If your horse needs a more specialized regimen we can work with you on achieving what you need.
This is a peaceful place for you and your horse. The horses will have the best care possible by knowledgeable horse people.
This is a private residence not a facility. Owners live on-site. Cameras monitor driveway and we can see who comes and goes. This is a great place for someone who likes to come relax with their horse in a drama free environment.
