Spring is springing, and these strawberry plants are starting to leaf out, and are ready to plant. These are the common wild woodland strawberry, Fragaria vesca, which make tiny little berries with a lot of flavor. They have been in these pots since last year, and are well-rooted, and ready to establish themselves in your yard. They make a great ground cover, with the bonus of delicious little berries throughout the summer. They are not going to provide huge berries for jam and pies; these are tiny, native strawberries.
There are 25 plants to a flat, asking $90 per flat, or three flats for $250. I'm in Sudden Valley, but could meet you in or near Bellingham.
