Purchased a few years back at a now defunct downtown Bellingham shop on Cornwall St. (I forget the name - it may have had a bird in the title). It was just a cover, so I stuffed it with foam. These sell for $200 on Etsy. I love this pouf, but my living room is pretty crowded.
