Materials cost me $166.00 plus labor, your price 50.00 which includes two small bales of STRAW for bedding which unlike hay, won't create a wet bed if they come in with snow on paws.
Additionally including a thick rubber L pads to keep the rain off the roof, plus I will throw in Stainless Steel screws to secure the pad if found.
Hinges on back of lid, so lid opens up to check/clean out interior. Only thing needed is little paint on bottom of legs and/or place 4 (16-in L x 8-in W x 2-in H Rectangle Gray Concrete Patio Stone) underneath, as the legs are NOT G.C. wood.
Able to help load as it requires two people. Porch height - PU truck beds.
I'd like to see some ferel cat make use of this shelter.
