Goulds 1 1/2 HP Jet Pump and Utilitech 36 gallon pressure tank in good working condition.
Pump is 23 years old, one owner, 2-person household use only. Has leak in gasket at back of pump but pumps and functions perfectly.
Pump number HSJ15N, model C48C53A06, with brand-new pressure switch. Comes with owner's manual.
Utilitech heavy-duty vertical pressure tank, model LPT36S, is 36 gallons and measures 32 inches tall and 20 inches in diameter. It is 12 years old and functions perfectly. 100 psi max pressure.
Will sell pump and pressure tank separately, $425 for pump and $100 for pressure tank.
Selling because we upgraded the water system for our house.
