Expired Propane Tank with 12 lbs of propane - $40 (Bellingham)

This tank is exchangeable and expired, but when empty, you can exchange it for about $25 at your local store (which only has 15 lbs of propane in it). But you will have a newer unexpired refillable tank to refill when empty.
If you purchase a tank with no trade in, it is $65+ with 15 lbs of propane.
weight of propane in tank is calculated by scale weight minus TW = propane weight
Scale 30 lbs - TW 18 lbs = 12 lbs = $40
