Line Cook / Prep Cook – Part to Full Time (Approx. 30 Hours/Week)
We are looking for a dependable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position requires someone who is a team player but also confident enough to run a solo shift when needed.
Safety, cleanliness, and organization are top priorities.
Responsibilities include:
Cooking on the line during service
Prep work (chopping, portioning, batch prep, sauces, etc.)
Working solo shifts when required
Washing dishes during slower periods or when assigned
Maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards
Labeling, dating, and rotating all foods
Monitoring and documenting food waste
Keeping a clean, organized station at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work clean, efficient, and focused
Comfort working both independently and with a team
Understanding of food safety, storage, and cross-contamination
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Hours & Schedule:
Approx. 30 hours per week (not guaranteed 40)
Must be available weekends
Consistent schedule, supportive environment
