We’re looking for a skilled, driven Kitchen Manager / Lead Cook to take ownership of our growing kitchen concept. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can cook at a high level, manage operations, and help build something from the ground up.p
Compensation:
💰 $60,000 salary + tips (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality
• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Assist with menu development and improving kitchen efficiency
• Train, lead, and hold kitchen staff accountable
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong cooking experience (required)
• Proven ordering and inventory management experience (required)
• Experience working in or helping grow an up-and-coming or evolving kitchen concept
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail
