Seeking a server with restaurant/table service experience to join our team at Otherlands Beer.
Looking for a fast, efficient service industry professional who is passionate about craft beer and providing a warm and welcoming table service experience. Must be able to manage a large volume of tables, pour beers, run food, split checks and support team members. Our FOH team works together to manage the entire space, rather than sections, so good communication and teamwork is key.
This is a part-time position (2-3 shifts/week ~15 hours), minimum wage plus tips (servers keep a percent of tips from the shifts they work, the remainder is pooled for support staff/BOH).
Otherlands Beer is a small brewery and kitchen, serving freshly made beer and food in the Sunnyland neighborhood of Bellingham.
