Bantam Restaurant & Bar is looking for a lead bartender/server ~15-18 hours a week
We have a small, but fantastic team that works together very well. We are looking for someone that can join the restaurant as a team player, and help set us up for success during service to give our guests an unforgettable experience.
$21/hour + tip share
We are currently open Thursday-Saturday. Opportunity to grow into a FOH manager role.
Duties:
- Strong bartending experience including drink development
- General restaurant experience to be able to cover any FOH position
- Floor management during service
- maintaining and improving the level of service of current employees
- Educating and enforcing Bantam policies
- Must be available Thurs-Sat evenings
