Dishwashers are essential kitchen staff responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishes, cutlery, and cookware, ensuring a steady supply for staff and guests. Key duties include operating commercial dishwashers, hand-washing large items, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe "dish pit" area, emptying trash, and supporting kitchen teams with basic prep.
Hours will vary from day to night shifts depending on availability. We are open to 11:00pm every night, so closing shifts tend to be later and longer shifts.
