This vehicle has a lot going for it. First of all it is a 940 which makes it very similar to the Volvo 240 and 740 with a lot more Creature Comforts and a little technology thrown in.

Another thing is that this vehicle has is the torque converter lock-up feature. This means that at 55 mph the torque converter locks, creating a one to one ratio.
I put one of these transmissions in my 240 wagon and my highway mileage increased from 21 miles per gallon to 29 miles per gallon. My city mileage remained the same, however.
This very nice 940 features a 2.3 lIter, four cylinder "Intercooled" turbo motor, coupled to a four-speed automatic overdrive transmission. Bulletproof proven technology.
This feature rich machine has new front brakes and rotors, a new timing belt, new water pump and new hoses.
Another thing: this 940 Turbo has a coffee cup holder built into the armrest and a full size spare tire on a factory alloy wheel in the trunk.

A while back this Vehicles speedometer malfunctioned. It was replaced with a used one recently. The current odometer is reading incorrectly and the mileage on this vehicle is actually 167,000 mi.
