Flow Motion is not a typical spa.
We are a healing sanctuary where people come to regulate their nervous systems, celebrate important life moments, or navigate challenging seasons of life. Because of this, the person at our front desk plays one of the most important roles in the entire business.
We are seeking a Client Concierge who can be the organized, compassionate center of a busy wellness environment.
This position requires constant multitasking, emotional presence with clients, sales ability, and a strong work ethic.
This is not a passive desk job. It is a physically active role that requires being on your feet, moving throughout the spa, and helping maintain the environment throughout the day.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working five days per week.
Weekend availability is required.
Both Saturday and Sunday are part of the regular schedule.
Typical shifts are centered around operating hours of 9am-5pm.
The Role
The Client Concierge is responsible for the first and last impression every guest receives.
You will guide clients through their visit, help them choose services, manage scheduling, support practitioners, maintain the spa environment, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
This role requires someone who can stay calm and organized while managing multiple tasks and helping people feel welcomed and cared for.
Core Responsibilities
Client Experience
Greet guests warmly and help them feel welcomed and at ease
Provide spa tours and explain services clearly
Assist guests in choosing services that best support their needs
Handle sensitive interactions with compassion and professionalism
Many of our clients are navigating stress, burnout, grief, or major life transitions, so empathy and emotional awareness are important.
Sales & Scheduling
Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling services
Recommend services and retail products when appropriate
Understand how to guide clients toward the best experience for them
Use our scheduling platform (WellnessLiving)
Front Desk Operations
Check in yoga students and spa guests
Coordinate schedules for practitioners and services
Manage multiple interactions at once while maintaining a calm environment
Facility Support
Maintaining a clean and organized space is part of creating a healing environment.
Responsibilities include:
Folding laundry
Restocking supplies
Cleaning and resetting rooms
Light cleaning throughout the spa
Inventory support
General organization tasks
Laundry is located on another floor, so this position involves going up and down stairs multiple times throughout the day.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position.
Applicants should be comfortable:
Being on their feet for much of the day
Moving throughout the spa frequently
Carrying laundry bags
Using stairs multiple times daily
Performing light cleaning tasks
