Hot Spot Sauna Club is hiring 1-2 New Sauna Hosts.
We are looking for outgoing people with good initiate and people skills.
You’ll be running an outdoor, wood-fired sauna experience. That means fire, weather, customers, logistics, and timing — all happening at once.
This job is for someone who:
-Naturally smiles and talks to strangers
-Takes initiative without being told
-Tracks multiple timelines in their head
-Notices problems before they become problems
-Can work outside in the rain without complaining
-Isn’t scared of fire, tools, or physical work
-Actually enjoys helping people have fun and relax

Core Responsibilities
-Lighting and managing wood or gas fired sauna safely
-Monitor temperature cycles
-Hourly quick clean inside sauna @ high temp
-Daily deep cleaning
-Check in guests and set tone
-keep environment dialed in
-asking EVERY SINGLE customer for a 5 star google review (paid bonuses for these)
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying 40-50 lbs (water and wood)
- On your feed for extended periods
- Work in real PNW weather every day
