Local mobile help for everyday technology problems.
Hey everyone - I’m a local in Whatcom County with a background in tech support, telecommunications, and customer service. I’ve worked with companies like ATT, Xfinity, have a BS in Information Technology, and currently work in tech sales.
Over the years I’ve helped a lot of family, friends, coworkers, and folks around the community with the kind of tech issues that can be frustrating, confusing, or just time-consuming to deal with.
Things like:
- Setting up or transferring phones
- WiFi and internet troubleshooting
- Streaming devices and TV setup
- Passwords, logins, apps, and websites
- Subscription cleanup and understanding phone/internet services
- Printer setup and connecting devices
- General troubleshooting and tech support
- Helping contact customer support when something isn’t working
I focus on being patient, practical, and easy to understand - no confusing tech talk or pressure.
Mobile help available:
- Your home
- Small businesses
- Coffee shops or public meetups
I keep things simple and low-stress. I’m not offering major IT services, repairs, electrical work, wall mounting, or anything involving heavy networking or infrastructure setup.
Happy to try and help over the phone first whenever possible.
I’m just starting this out, so for now I’m mainly accepting donations and help with travel/gas depending on distance.
