This is a Pendleton blanket - It has never been used but does not have the tag. My husband became allergic to wool and thus the blanket got stored away and unused. It has always been stored in a cedar closet and I could not find any holes. The only "damage" is to one corner were there is fabric missing at the binding and measures approximately 1 1/2 inches - I believe he purchased it this way. One tag has it is 82% Pure Wool and 18% Cotton, Made in the USA. On one side is the meaning of the Codetalker and the Beaver State label. I am handicapped and I could not measure the blanket but it is photographed on top of a king size bed. From my research it appears that this blanket is 64 x 80 but I can't guarantee the measurement. Also, the lighting in the bedroom is not the greatest for taking pictures but I tried my best.
From the Pendleton site: The Code Talker blanket honors the crucial role played by Native Americans in defending our country during World War II by developing a code that could not be cracked, based on the Navajo language. Many have seen the popular movie “Windtalkers”, but the actual history of the code talkers is more riveting than any fiction. This blanket is officially retired as of 2012.
